This Mariner Pointe waterfront condominium is waiting for you! Gorgeous bay views welcome you to this second floor, two-story, walk-up unit. Enjoy watching dolphins play, birds glide overhead, and boats cruise past. On the first level are the all-weather lanai and a wall of screened sliders where you can relax and revel in warm island breezes and fantastic water views. This island vacation home has a spacious living and dining area on the first level with comfortable, older décor, and is well-supplied for your convenience. The half-bath and laundry are also on the first level. The second level offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms with tub/shower combos in each. The upstairs patio has a daybed with one twin beds. Free Wi-Fi is included. Mariner Pointe is ideally located a short bike ride to the nearby shell-strewn beach, near popular east end shopping and dining, and close to the Causeway for easy access on and off the island.

Mariner Pointe complex has two pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, barbecue grills, convenient fishing, and weekly boat dockage (for a fee).

No smoking allowed in this property.

7 night minimum stay. Saturday arrival

Storage lockers and beach equipment are not always provided nor required by the owner. If beach equipment is left at the property by previous guests there are no guarantee as to quality or quantity of items at any given time, due to salt water, wear and tear.

Please Note Effective 4/25/2022:
Moving forward, any lease for any unit that is 30-days or more will require an application and executed lease to be provided to the Association, so it may conduct its own background and credit check on the applicants in advance of their arrival to the Association. Currently, the application MUST be submitted 15-days prior to the commencement of any lease, as to provide ample time for the background check to be conducted and reviewed by the Association.
 

Beginning Monday, September 19th, 2022, the Large Pool, which is the pool located towards the front of the Association, by the maintenance garage, will be closed for a surface renovation project.

It is estimated that the large pool, pool deck, seating around the pool and bathrooms will be closed for no more than two (2) months, until further notice, depending on the weather.

The small pool will remain open.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.

Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
