There’s plenty of space for family and fun in this Sapphire home. A wood-burning fireplace in the living room welcomes you into the main level, which features an open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen and dining area. The laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen.
The upper deck is accessible from the living area and offers seating and an outdoor dining table overlooking the golf course. Both bedrooms on this level have en suite bathrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed.
Downstairs, you’ll find a second living and entertainment space that includes a pool table, arcade machine, a variety of board games, a comfortable couch, and a TV. Just to the right at the base of the stairs is a cozy sleeping nook with two sets of bunk beds. One guest bedroom features a queen bed and shares a hallway bathroom, while another guest bedroom includes a queen bed and an en suite bath.
The lower deck is covered and screened, complete with outdoor furniture. A gas grill is available in the garage. The home also includes high-speed internet.
