Green’s View is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home located in Burlingame, a premier country club community in Sapphire.  This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood that backs up to the fairway of the 6th hole.

From freshly painted walls, and new flooring to the abundant natural light and stylish furnishings throughout, this house truly feels new!

The main entry to this home opens to a spacious living room, featuring a gas fireplace, streaming TV, and a dedicated desk space- perfect for remote work.
Adjacent to the living room, you’ll find an open-concept kitchen, laundry room, and dining area designed for both comfort and functionality. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the standard appliances, cookware, and ample storage you’ll need for your stay.  Drip coffee pot is available.  There’s bar seating for four at the counter, plus a spacious dining table that comfortably seats six.  

Step through the sliding glass doors off the living and dining areas to discover one of the home’s main highlights: a covered, screened-in back porch overlooking the fairway. Complete with an outdoor dining table for six, it’s an ideal spot for grilling and enjoying a Western North Carolina afternoon or evening.  Propane gas grill is provided. The backyard also features a fire pit. 

The primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located on the main floor.  It has a king-sized bed, TV, and its own private deck. 

Upstairs is sure to be a favorite! This level offers a wonderful sense of independence and privacy, featuring a loft-style living room with a second workspace ideal for reading, relaxing, or working remotely.  Two additional bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, flank the loft.  One bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the other offers two full-sized beds. Both bedrooms include their own TVs.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.

Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
