Nestled in the mountains of Highlands, is a new addition to the Landmark collection. This inviting 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home offers a tranquil mountain retreat surrounded by nature, while remaining conveniently close to both Highlands and Cashiers. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, Deja View provides an ideal setting for a memorable mountain stay.

Enter a spacious living room full of natural light.  It’s perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking, shopping, or exploring local waterfalls.  A gas-log fireplace provides the perfect ambiance for watching a movie, playing games or enjoying a nightcap.   

Deja View’s kitchen, is centerpieced by an oversized island, offering bar seating for five.  It is thoughtfully stocked with cookware and dinnerware, making it easy to prepare and serve your favorite meals.  You’ll also enjoy the laundry room conveniently located off to the side.
Summertime meals can be shared in Deja View’s primary dining area- the screened back patio.  Enjoy grilling and gathering while you take in the fresh air and mountain views.  Outdoor dining table seats six.   After dinner, stroll out onto the back deck, where a swing and a Highlands sunset is waiting for you.  Throw a few logs in the fire bowl and gaze at the stars.

The primary bedroom, on the main floor, offers a private and restful retreat.  It features a king-size bed, smart TV, and a spacious walk-in closet.  The en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub will help create a spa-like experience after a day of mountain activities.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom.  Both rooms are filled with natural light and continue the home’s cohesive neutral, modern décor. One upstairs bedroom is especially spacious and includes a queen-size bed, comfortable seating area with a couch, a smart TV, and access to a private balcony, making it an ideal space for guests who appreciate extra room to relax.  The second upstairs bedroom also features a queen-size bed and bright, airy finishes.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.

Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
