Sunset Cove is the private lower level of a lakefront home on beautiful Lake Glenville, offering three bedrooms and two spacious baths across approximately 2,200 square feet—all on one level. With its own separate entrance, the space is fully independent from the main residence, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. The home is also pet friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome too.
Tucked into a quiet cove, Sunset Cove features long-range lake, and sunset views, best enjoyed from an expansive backyard with a fire pit or from the deck with a gas grill. The home comfortably accommodates 8–10 guests, with a king master suite, a spacious queen bedroom, and an oversized bunk room featuring two full and two twin beds, along with two large bathrooms.
Inside, you’ll find open kitchen, dining and living area, and a washer and dryer. The home is light-filled, air-conditioned, and offers easy paved access, ample parking for vehicles and boat trailers.
Guests will appreciate the rare, gentle access to the water and private dock, as well as the close proximity to a public boat ramp, the dam, High Falls, and the 17-mile trail. DirectTV (Entertainment package) and free WiFi are included.
