Vacation Rental Description
Glenside at the Point is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom lake front home with a private dock and plenty of outdoor space. A beautiful staircase and chandelier invite you inside the home. The living room features a stone gas fireplace and a TV. The dining table has seating for 6 people and an additional seating for 4 people at the kitchen bar. The newly renovated kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and a drip coffee maker. Sliding glass door leads out to the large deck with wonderful views of Lake Glenville; with a covered outdoor dining area and an uncovered area with seating. There is also an office and a half bathroom on the main level. Upstairs, the large master suite has a king bed, TV, private deck, sitting area with lake view, a coffee nook with a Keurig, double sinks, and a bathroom with a walk in shower and free standing tub. The upstairs guest room has a king bed and uses a hall bathroom with a walk in shower and dual sinks. On the lower level, the guest room has a queen bed and a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top. The lower level bathroom has a walk in shower. A second living area with a wood burning stove, TV, and ping pong table, gives access to the lower deck and fire pit. A stairway leads down to the private dock. This home has DirecTV and WiFi.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $3,000 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
This home is located in The Point - A quiet residential neighborhood with a number of year-round residents. We ask that that you observe a "Good Neighbor Policy" by:
- Not shooting any type of fireworks. Fireworks are not permitted.
- Observing a No-Wake zone with the coves and near the docks – This helps protect anyone swimming, the docks, and seawalls.
- Observing quiet time after 10:00 PM.
- Limiting parking to the driveway area (Between 2 - 4 vehicles depending on size). It is possible to arrange boat/trailer storage and parking at a local marina.
