Welcome to Forest Solitude!
This unique four-bedroom, four-bath home is conveniently located just ten minutes from downtown Cashiers. You won’t have to sacrifice convenience for a sense of retreat and solitude. This home was truly designed for nature enthusiasts. Expansive windows on both levels flood the home with natural light and create the sensation of being nestled among the treetops.
The kitchen, dining, and living room flow together into one spacious open-floor plan, making it an ideal space for gathering everyone together. The kitchen has bar seating for four and is equipped with an oven, electric stovetop, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. An extra mini freezer is also available. The dining table seats eight.
Warming the great room is a wood-burning fireplace. You’ll enjoy the ambiance it creates as you take in the view from the bay window seat! The home features a Smart TV, and YouTube TV is provided.
The primary bedroom is conveniently located off the kitchen. It has a queen bed and its own private bathroom, which connects to the laundry room for added ease and functionality. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with queen beds and walk-in closets. Both bedrooms have their own sink and toilet, with a shared Jack-and-Jill-style shower. A third bedroom features four twin bunk beds and its own private bath.
Relax on the front deck while enjoying a breathtaking view of Whiteside Mountain. A propane gas grill is available.
There is a fire pit on the property, as well as a pathway that leads to another seating area down by Fowler Creek! The neighborhood is a perfect place for mountain biking, strolling through the woods, and exploration.
