Breathtaking bay front views can be yours in this charming home on the quiet east end of Sanibel Island. Nestled in tropical landscaping, are a total of 18 old-Florida style homes, only 9 of which are fortunate enough to have fabulous bay-front views. Located near the beautiful Lighthouse Park, this home is among a select few privileged homes to be part of the quaint private community of Ferry's Landing.

Enjoy your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine from the spacious master bedroom deck and enjoy the panoramic views of the beautiful causeway, dolphins, birds, and boats enjoying San Carlos Bay. Enjoy this beautiful homes wood floors, vaulted shiplap ceiling in the living/dining area, and an all-weather enclosed lanai for your added viewing pleasure. Impressive water-front views of the bay are available in almost every room in the house.

This 2465 square foot vacation home rental is stilted and newly renovated. This amazing home offers professionally decorated furniture, beds, flat-screen tv's and everything from kitchen flatware/dishes to outdoor grill.

On the main living level, just off the living area are the two guest bedrooms, and guest bath. Bed configuration for the guest bedrooms is 2 extra-long twin beds (can be joined to create a king bed with notification to us prior to your arrival if you desire this option) and 2 regular size twin beds.

The top floor has a small seating area with a single sleeper sofa. The rest of the top floor is dedicated to the master suite, which features king bed, 2 separate raised bowl sink areas, huge walk in closet, and large office space with full window front to capture those additional birds catching fish in the bay! Also featured is the master deck, with two lounge chairs for relaxing and taking an afternoon nap.

The home offers a windowed elevator, for easy access with your luggage and groceries from your covered parking area under the house. The large kitchen has a new dishwasher, stove/oven, and corner desk area for jotting down your grocery list or watching the bay action from the gas grilling area just outside the window.

Flat panel TV's are located in the living room, master bedroom and both guest bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi. 

Distance is 350 feet from your house to the Tennis/pickle-ball/heated community pool area. Deeded Gulf beach access is provided, and is only a short walk across the street, less than 0.3 mile. Owners have provided a beach wagon for your convenience in porting items to the Gulf side beach. A private fishing pier available to Ferry Landing owners/guests is also just steps away, and invites you to get up-close and personal with the fishing action on the bay, or to watch the sunset colors. (fishing permit required for non-Florida residents.)

Another convenient feature of the home's location is ease of access to the causeway. During during the busy "in-season" months of Jan-April, those renting on the West side experience delays of up to 45 minutes getting to the Causeway. Being on the East end, you will have a very short drive/wait accessing the causeway. Beds: K/TT/XLT XLT/TSS. Sleeps 7. Limited to 2 rentals of minimum 28 nights per year. No smoking permitted.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.

Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
