- There is a lake behind the house with a resident alligator. Please be careful when enjoying the yard for yourself, your children, and your dog. Never leave your dog outside unattended.
- Newly renovated including new floors, fresh paint throughout, two new bathrooms, all new kitchen, new coffee/wine bar, new beautiful art, new appliances, and furniture.
- Pool is solar heated and will average at least 10 degrees less than the current air temp, but it could be much less depending on overnight temperatures
- 28-night minimum (odd dates allowed during off-season)
- Access to the garage for storage only
- Dog-friendly with non-refundable $300 pet rent per dog (2 dogs max.; up to 65 lbs. combined weight)
- Smoking is not permitted
