Sundial R201 • Sanibel Island Vacation Rental
4/1/2025 UPDATE: Turtle's Tiki Bar & Grille and Shima Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar are open to our rental guests. Sundial Resort is offering Sundial Daycation passes from Wednesday to Sunday (main pool, beach chair, and umbrella service) on a limited basis through March 31,2026 (reservation required: 866-565-5093 or sundialresort.com for details and cost). Also, discounted Sundial Resort day passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis ($25/day adults, $15/day kids) with valid proof of rental booking. No advanced reservations accepted. Availability of these day passes is not guaranteed, as advance sale day passes can sell out.Experience partial Gulf views from Sundial R201. This inviting second-floor unit features a spacious screened lanai, complete with a spiral staircase leading down to a private cabana, ideal for entertaining guests or for a relaxing dinner amid refreshing Gulf breezes. The unit features an open floor plan and a luxurious aesthetic throughout, along with a versatile den that can be converted into a private sleeping space.
This Sanibel Island vacation rental is part of the luxurious Gulf-front Sundial Beach Resort & Spa. Our guests can access many of the resort's amenities, including the beach, the HOA Pool for the R-S-T buildings is still closed until further notice, but guests can use the O-P-Q pool, tennis and pickleball courts, BBQ Grills, and resort restaurants and spa. With all the comforts of home, Sundial R201 ensures a memorable and rejuvenating stay on Sanibel Island.

- Our Sundial rentals are privately owned, so guests will not have access to all Sundial amenities. See the Sundial Resort Amenities Page for more information
- Parking is available for one car (all trailers, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, and the like are prohibited)
- Smoking is not permitted in units or on the lanai, only in designated smoking areas
