Experience the beaches of Sanibel Island from this gulf front, two bedroom and two bathroom vacation rental condo. Relax on your screened lanai and enjoy the many birds and dolphins. Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 flat screen TVs, DVD player, free wi-fi and elevators. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of this building.
Sanibel Rental Dwelling License - 005936
Parking is very limited. Only one car per unit. Any exceptions will need written approval from the Association Board. Written permission is required for the “keeping” of multiple vehicles, including golf carts, by a single Unit. Sundial of Sanibel prohibits the parking of boat trailers, trailers, campers, travel trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, and the like on the property.
The association has installed electronic locks to the Sundial West swimming pool gates (4). Pool gates will lock at 9 PM and will unlock at 8 AM. Swimming is not permitted during closed hours.
Bedding: King in the Master Bedroom with one Queen bed and One twin bed in the guest bedroom. Queen sofa sleeper in the Living Area. Sleeps 6. Minimum 7 night stay. No smoking permitted in the unit or on the lanai.
