Gulf view condo. Sundial H306 is an attractive two bedroom, two bathroom condo located in building H on the third floor with elevator in the building. Master bedroom offers king bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom offers 1 queen and 1 Twin trundle bed, TV and full bathroom with tub/shower combination located just outside. The spacious living area features new furniture, queen sleeper sofa, TV and DVD Player. Sliding glass doors lead out to the screened in porch with porch furniture and a very nice view of the gulf overlooking the courtyard. The updated kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and a small dining area nearby. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of this building.
Bedding: King in the Master Bedroom with one Queen bed and One twin bed in the guest bedroom. Queen sofa sleeper in the Living Area. Sleeps 6. Minimum 7 night stay. No smoking permitted in the unit or on the lanai.

Parking is very limited. Only one car per unit. Any exceptions will need written approval from the Association Board. Written permission is required for the “keeping” of multiple vehicles, including golf carts, by a single Unit. Sundial of Sanibel prohibits the parking of boat trailers, trailers, campers, travel trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, and the like on the property.
