Vacation Rental Description
Enjoy gulf views from this one bedroom, one bathroom condo located on the 2nd floor in the Sundial complex which has great mid-island access. You can relax on your screened lanai with sliding door access from either the living room or the bedroom.
This remodeled condo has tile floors laid on the diagonal in the living areas. It also offers a private bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a King Sleep Number bed with adjustable left and right firmness controls for your best sleep away from home. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa (air mattress sleeper), flat screen TV and DVD. This unit also offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a tub/shower combination in the bathroom and free wi-fi. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of this building.
The Sundial West Complex offers a pool, gas BBQ grills, elevators, beach access, and on-site restaurants.
Parking is very limited. Only one car per unit. Any exceptions will need written approval from the Association Board. Written permission is required for the “keeping” of multiple vehicles, including golf carts, by a single Unit. Sundial of Sanibel prohibits the parking of boat trailers, trailers, campers, travel trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, and the like on the property.
The association has installed electronic locks to the Sundial West swimming pool gates (4). Pool gates will lock at 9 PM and will unlock at 8 AM. Swimming is not permitted during closed hours.
Bedding is a king bed and queen sized sleeper sofa. Sleeps 4. Minimum 7 night stay November through May, but short stays of 3 nights minimum are allowed June through October. No smoking permitted in the unit or on the lanai..
