Vacation Rental Description
Bedding: King in the master, one full sized bed and one twin bed in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in living area. Sleeps 6. Minimum 7 night stay. No smoking is permitted in the unit or on the lanai.
Please note: This is a privately owned condo which is rented through Royal Shell Vacations and guests will have limited availability to the resorts amenities.
Parking is very limited. Only one car per unit. Any exceptions will need written approval from the Association Board. Written permission is required for the “keeping” of multiple vehicles, including golf carts, by a single Unit. Sundial of Sanibel prohibits the parking of boat trailers, trailers, campers, travel trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, and the like on the property.
The association has installed electronic locks to the Sundial West swimming pool gates (4). Pool gates will lock at 9 PM and will unlock at 8 AM. Swimming is not permitted during closed hours.
Guests of Royal Shell Vacations will have access to:

* BBQ Grills
* Tennis and Pickleball available a la carte including court time, lessons, round robins and clinics
* Free parking
* free wi-fi in your rental property
* Resort restaurants including Shima Japanese Steak House, Shima Grab N Go Sushi, Sea Breeze Café, Turtles Pool and Beach Bar and Slice of Paradise Pizza
* Kay Casperson Lifestyle Spa and Boutique on the 2nd floor of the main lobby (www.kaycasperson.com)
* Sanibel Sea School Enrollment (www.sanibelseaschool.org)
* Bailey's Marketplace (www.baileys-sanibel.com)
