Vacation Rental Description
You'll experience the Sanibel beach at its best when you vacation in this third floor, three bedroom/two bathroom gulf front condo. The views are beautiful. The unit is light and airy with a total renovation that was just completed. With wood-look tile throughout this 1586 sq. ft. property, this incredible, delightfully updated condo offers a cool and relaxing atmosphere to maximize your vacation enjoyment!
The living room has a feature wall constructed of ship lap paneling as well as built-in cabinets. The dining area is open to the living room as well as the great beach views! The master suite features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bed, with a guest bathroom located just outside this room. The previous den area has a queen bed and a twin bed and can be closed for privacy. Off the living room are sliding glass doors that lead to the screened lanai with beach front views. The updated kitchen has all new cabinets, quartz countertops and stainless appliances. There is a 55" flat panel TV wall mounted in the living room and there are flat TVs in master and both guest bedrooms. Other amenities include a washer/dryer and free wi-fi.
The Sundial West Complex offers a pool, gas BBQ grills, elevators, beach access and on-site restaurants. Parking is very limited. Only one car per unit. Any exceptions will need written approval from the Association Board. Written permission is required for the “keeping” of multiple vehicles, including golf carts, by a single Unit. Sundial of Sanibel prohibits the parking of boat trailers, trailers, campers, travel trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, and the like on the property.
Bedding: King in the master, Queen bed and twin bed in the first guest bedroom and a queen bed and twin bed in the second guest bedroom. Sleeps 6. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on the lanai.
