Vacation Rental Description

If you are looking for a beautiful gulf front condo to call home for your next vacation,  look no further. Sundial E204 has been totally and beautifully updated and offers all the luxuries of home with panoramic gulf front views. Sit on the lanai and hear the waves crash or watch the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico. Dolphins can often be seen playing in the water in front of the building. With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room, family room, and kitchen with separate dining area that comfortably seats 6, there is plenty of room for your family. The Sundial complex also features a pool, bar, restaurant, and small grocery market for your convenience. Enjoy walks on the beach, collecting local shells, relaxing, or signing the kids up for the onsite Sanibel Sea School. The island offers many great restaurants, shops, and plenty of family-friendly activities including bike and boat rentals. You're sure to make memories to last a lifetime. Parking is very limited. Only one car per unit.  Any exceptions will need written approval from the Association Board. Written permission is required for the “keeping” of multiple vehicles, including golf carts, by a single Unit.  Sundial of Sanibel prohibits the parking of boat trailers, trailers, campers, travel trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, and the like on the property.  
 

Bed configuration is a king bed in the master bedroom, and 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom. No smoking is permitted in the unit or on the lanai

Please note: This is a privately owned condo which is rented through Royal Shell Vacations and guests will have limited availability to the resorts amenities.
 

The association has installed electronic locks to the Sundial West swimming pool gates (4).  Pool gates will lock at 9 PM and will unlock at 8 AM.  Swimming is not permitted during closed hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
