The beach is a short walk away when you stay in this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom vacation rental home. This quaint and charming home is ground level , updated and waiting for you. Shell Basket 2 is in a quiet neighborhood but close to Sanibel's bike path as well as dining, shopping and galleries.
Need extra space for family and friends? Try Shell Basket 1. Located next door, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and would make a great spot for a second family.
The interior has been updated with terrazzo floors and plantation shutters throughout. The living/dining area has plenty of room for the family. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, bar seating and a Keurig coffee maker, too. Amenities include 4 flat panel TVs (47" in the living room), free wi-fi, washer/dryer, and tub/shower combinations in both the master en-suite and guest bathrooms. This home comes with beach towels.
You will enjoy the screened lanai, heated pool , and fenced back yard which is great for your dog (with a non-refundable dog fee). Back from the beach? Enjoy the outdoor picnic area located in the backyard which has a charcoal BBQ grill.
