Newly renovated and highly sought, Sanddollar C301 ia a top floor corner unit with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico!  Enjoy the antics of Sanibel's wildlife from the lounge chairs of your gulf front, screened lanai. You can relax in the open living, dining and kitchen areas while enjoying views of both the beach and gulf. C301 is a two bedroom, two bathroom vacation rental with everything you need to make your vacation memorable.  It has a large flat-screen HDTV along with DVD and DVR (tape while you're on the beach!) in the living room. This unit has a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a Keurig coffeemaker. This unit also has a washer/dryer, flat screen HDTVs in bedrooms (DVD in guest bedroom), free SECURE wi-fi,  master en suite with walk-in shower and guest bathroom with tub/shower combination! Guests have access to owners' outside storage room which contains beach chairs and toys. The beach is a short walk on a boardwalk through native vegetation. 
King bed in master, 2 twins in guest bedroom, 1 queen sleeper sofa in living area. 7-night minimum stay.  Sleeps 6. No smoking. 
The Sanddollar complex is located mid-island on Sanibel and offers a heated swimming pool, three tennis courts, a pickleball court, elevators, gas barbecue grills, lush landscaping and is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, 26 miles of paved bike paths, nature preserves, fishing, and golf.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
