Any lease for any unit that is 30-days or more will require an application and executed lease to be provided to the Association, so it may conduct its own background and credit check on the applicants in advance of their arrival to the Association. Currently, the application MUST be submitted 15-days prior to the commencement of any lease, as to provide ample time for the background check to be conducted and reviewed by the Association.
