Vacation Rental Description
Loggerhead Cay 571 is a charming two bedroom, two bathroom condo located in building 5 on the ground level. The master suite offers a king bed, TV and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and TV. There is a full bathroom just outside the bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, has a Keurig coffer maker, washer/dryer, free wi-fi, high-speed internet, living room with TV and DVD Player and screened in porch with a view of the courtyard. This unit offers easy access to the beach, pool, tennis courts, BBQ Grills and Shuffleboard courts. Loggerhead Cay is located off of East Gulf Drive on Sanibel Island. This is a seven night minimum condo that can accommodate up to 6 people. Loggerhead Cay is a smoke free condominium complex- smoking is not allowed on the courtyard, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, stairwells, elevators, or the lanai. No RV, trailer or motorcycle parking on property.
Storage lockers and beach equipment are not always provided nor required by the owner. If beach equipment is left at the property by previous guests there are no guarantee as to quality or quantity of items at any given time, due to salt water, wear and tear.

Project duration: 10 weeks (August 15, 2022 – October 22, 2022 ).
2 weeks per building.
