A heated swimming pool, tennis courts, elevators, and BBQ grills are just a few of the amenities this prestigious condominium community has to offer. This is a second floor unit with a beach view. Unit 522 also offers 3 TV's (with LCD Widescreen in living room), 2 DVD Player, stereo w/ CD Player, washer/dryer, free wi-fi and can accommodate up to 6 people. King, Queen, Twin, and Sleeper Sofa. Loggerhead Cay is a smoke free condominium complex- smoking is not allowed on the courtyard, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, stairwells, elevators, or the lanai. This condo is dog friendly with the weight limit of 25 pounds. 1 dog limit with a $250.00 nonrefundable deposit.
Storage lockers and beach equipment are not always provided nor required by the owner. If beach equipment is left at the property by previous guests there are no guarantee as to quality or quantity of items at any given time, due to salt water, wear and tear
No RV, trailer or motorcycle parking on property.

Project duration: 10 weeks (August 15, 2022 – October 22, 2022 ).
