Vacation Rental Description
Unique ground level unit overlooking the tropical courtyard and swimming pool! This vacation property has wood ceilings in the living areas and tile floors throughout. The four season lanai even has curtains to block out the sun when needed. Amenities include 4 TVs (including the kitchen), 1 DVD player, stereo/CD, free wi-fi, washer/dryer , master en-suite with a walk-in shower and soaking tub and guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Beds: K/FF. Sleeps 4. 7 night minimum stay. No smoking.
Loggerhead Cay is located close to the causeway for a quick trip into Fort Myers. There is also a heated swimming pool (one of the largest on the islands), tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, elevators, and BBQ grills at the complex.
No RV, trailer or motorcycle parking on property.
Loggerhead Cay is a smoke free condominium complex- smoking is not allowed on the courtyard, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, stairwells, elevators, or the lanai.

Project duration: 10 weeks (August 15, 2022 – October 22, 2022 ).
2 weeks per building.
