Charming, secluded and quaint, this Sanibel Island Vacation Rental, named Dolphin View, offers the ultimate for your bayfront viewing pleasure! Panoramic water views provide gorgeous tropical vistas, morning, noon and night! Watch the wildlife put on a show – you may be entertained by dolphins, ospreys and pelicans, to name a few.

 

There is plenty of space for family fun with 2 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, open concept galley kitchen, flat TVs in the den, master bedroom and kitchen, all new furniture, an open deck, and a closed garage with room for 2 cars if pulled in all the way. The large, open deck provides casual sitting or dining and has a propane grill. The house is dog friendly with $500 non-refundable pet fee. Bed configuration is king, queen, 2 twin beds, and a twin-sized sleeper sofa in den.  2 rentals allowed per year, requesting 60-day minimum stays.  


Just a short distance from your house are community tennis/pickleball courts and the heated community pool. Deeded Gulf beach access is a short walk across Periwinkle Way. Owners provide a convenient beach wagon to transport whatever you’ll need for a day on the Gulf beach. A private fishing pier for Dolphin View guests and owners is just outside your back door. Get up close and personal with fishing action on the bay, or just sit and watch passing boats and sunset colors. (Fishing permits are required for non-Florida residents.) Also nearby are popular shops and eateries offering clothing, gifts, breakfast, lunch and ice cream.

Dolphin View is located on the east end of Sanibel with easy and convenient island exit and entrance. Sleeps 7. Minimum stay is 60 days, as association limits property to 2 rentals per year. No smoking permitted.

Storage lockers and beach equipment are not always provided nor required by the owner. If beach equipment is left at the property by previous guests there are no guarantee as to quality or quantity of items at any given time, due to salt water, wear and tear

Frequently Asked Questions

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
