Fall in love with our quiet beach and enjoy the relaxed Sanibel Island lifestyle. Located off of Middle Gulf Drive and Nerita Street, Coquina Beach is a small condominium complex of 40 units spread out over a total of five buildings, so you never feel like you are overcrowded. Coquina Beach 5G is a beach-side property offering access to the beach, heated swimming pool, tennis courts and BBQ Grills in a lush tropical setting.

Come relax at our charming and newly remodeled island condo! Walk into the bright and airy condo with soaring ceilings, tropical views and ample room for your family. The open kitchen is updated with granite counter-tops, clean white cabinets and tile back splash. Everything you need to cook a fabulous meal or just heat up leftovers from one of Sanibel's finest restaurants. Sit on your private screened lanai and enjoy the tropical landscaping. The master suite offers a king size bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a king size bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and just outside the guest bedroom is a second full bathroom. Guests will enjoy their own bathroom with large tub/shower combination. Kids and adults both will enjoy the loft with two twin beds. This unit comes with bed/bath linens and free wi-fi. A selection of games, books, and movies are available for your enjoyment. This unit also provides beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach toys. 

The owner beach items for guest use. No guarantee as to quality or quantity of items at any given time, due to salt water, wear and tear. 

The condo is inspected before and after every arrival/departure so you should not find faulty amenities. On arrival, your unit is supplied with a starter pack of soaps, facial tissue, toilet tissue, garbage bags and paper towels. Local phone calls are free.

This is a non-smoking unit. Sleeps 6. 

PARKING:

 There is room in the parking lot for one vehicle per unit. Only private passenger vehicles may be parked on the premises, and only in the space designated for the unit by the vehicle’s owner. There are no separate provisions for parking mopeds, motorbikes or motorcycles on the grounds, except in the space designated for each unit.

All vehicles must display a ‘Coquina Beach’ parking permit, obtainable from Royal Shell, designating unit and dates of stay. Any vehicle parked without a visible permit will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Large SUV's, Pick Up Trucks, Vans, RV's & Trailers are prohibited.

Oversized vehicles are strictly prohibited in the parking spots. An

oversized vehicle, defined as a vehicle greater than 225 inches in length, may not be parked at Coquina Beach.

 
Guest Parking: There is only a single guest parking space in each parking lot. This is for short duration parking and a vehicle

may only park up to 24 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Something came up and I'd like to change the choice of home I rented for vacation; am I allowed?

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.

Do you offer handicap accessible vacations rentals?

No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.

Is smoking permitted?

No.

Do you have pet friendly properties?

Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.

Do all of the properties provide beach equipment?

While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.

Are linens provided with Royal Shell properties?

Yes.

Are the kitchens fully stocked with pots and pans ?

Yes.

What is provided in the Welcome Starter Kit?

• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer

Is parking free?

Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.

What are the check-in/check-out times?

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Are early check-in and late check-out requests available?

Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.

Where do we pick up keys?

Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
