There is room in the parking lot for one vehicle per unit. Only private passenger vehicles may be parked on the premises, and only in the space designated for the unit by the vehicle’s owner. All vehicles must display a ‘Coquina Beach’ parking permit, obtainable from Royal Shell, designating unit and dates of stay. Any vehicle parked without a visible permit will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Large SUV's, Pick Up Trucks, Vans, RV's & Trailers are prohibited.
Storage lockers and beach equipment are not always provided nor required by the owner. If beach equipment is left at the property by previous guests there are no guarantee as to quality or quantity of items at any given time, due to salt water, wear and tear
