A unique property nestled amongst tropical foliage and pines. You will enjoy the intimate setting of this community with its almost private courtyard style pool area and direct beach access, via a rustic winding boardwalk that takes you to the beach. Along you way you are sure to spot some of the local wildlife that takes up residency in the trees and along the waterway, not to mention some of the best shelling anywhere.. This very comfortable unit comes complete with Tv’s in both bedrooms and the living room with DVD & VCR players in the unit.

Amenities: 3TV’s, VCR, DVD Players, Community Swimming Pool, Screened Lanai, Tennis Courts, Washer/Dryer, BBQ, Free wi-fi.

This is a non smoking property. Minimum Night Requirements: 7
PARKING:
There is room in the parking lot for one vehicle per unit. Only private passenger vehicles may be parked on the premises, and only in the space designated for the unit by the vehicle’s owner. There are no separate provisions for parking mopeds, motorbikes or motorcycles on the grounds, except in the space designated for each unit.
All vehicles must display a ‘Coquina Beach’ parking permit, obtainable from Royal Shell, designating unit and dates of stay. Any vehicle parked without a visible permit will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Large SUV's, Pick Up Trucks, Vans, RV's & Trailers are prohibited.
Oversized vehicles are strictly prohibited in the parking spots. An
oversized vehicle, defined as a vehicle greater than 225 inches in length, may not be parked at Coquina Beach.
Guest Parking: There is only a single guest parking space in each parking lot. This is for short duration parking and a vehicle
may only park up to 24 hours.
