Vacation Rental Description
Royal Shell Vacations presents this wonderful Gulf front condominium community, Coquina Beach, that offers spectacular water and sunset views. Enjoy island life while relaxing in this two-bedroom/two bath ground level condo with screened lanai from the living room and master bedroom overlooking a private garden view.
Amenities included: free Wi-Fi, three flat screens TV's, washer/dryer in unit, heated swimming pool, tennis & pickleball court, beds (king in master, two queens in second bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in living room), bed/bath linens, 2 BBQ grill locations, beach chairs, and beach toys. The owner offers beach items for guest use. No guarantee as to quality or quantity of items at any given time, due to salt water, wear and tear. There are also racquets and balls for tennis.
On arrival, your unit is supplied with a starter pack of soaps, facial tissue, toilet tissue, garbage bags, paper towels, Keurig coffee maker, traditional coffee maker and plenty of pans, bowls and dishes for your use when you aren't dining out at one of the many delicious Sanibel restaurants. Enjoy!

PARKING:
There is room in the parking lot for one vehicle per unit. Only private passenger vehicles may be parked on the premises, and only in the space designated for the unit by the vehicle’s owner. There are no separate provisions for parking mopeds, motorbikes or motorcycles on the grounds, except in the space designated for each unit.
All vehicles must display a ‘Coquina Beach’ parking permit, obtainable from Royal Shell, designating unit and dates of stay. Any vehicle parked without a visible permit will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Large SUV's, Pick Up Trucks, Vans, RV's & Trailers are prohibited.
Oversized vehicles are strictly prohibited in the parking spots. An
oversized vehicle, defined as a vehicle greater than 225 inches in length, may not be parked at Coquina Beach.
Guest Parking: There is only a single guest parking space in each parking lot. This is for short duration parking and a vehicle
may only park up to 24 hours.
