Nestled among the pine trees next to the beach, Coquina Beach offers a heated swimming pool, tennis court, and BBQ grills. Unit 3F is second floor with views of the pool and has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms plus loft with sitting area. This beautifully decorated unit also offers 4 flat panel TV's, DVD, TV cabinet, screened lanai. Unit has washer/dryer, free wi-fi and can accommodate up to 6 people. Amenities: 2TV’s 1 VCR’s, 1 DVD Players, Community Swimming Pool, Screened Lanai, Tennis Courts, Washer/Dryer, BBQ, Location: Sanibel Island View: Pool

This is a non smoking property. Minimum Night Requirements: 7  Accommodations: Two-bedrooms, Two-baths (King, Queen and Twin, 2 Twins)

There is room in the parking lot for one vehicle per unit. Only private passenger vehicles may be parked on the premises, and only in the space designated for the unit by the vehicle’s owner.

PARKING:
 There is room in the parking lot for one vehicle per unit. Only private passenger vehicles may be parked on the premises, and only in the space designated for the unit by the vehicle’s owner. There are no separate provisions for parking mopeds, motorbikes or motorcycles on the grounds, except in the space designated for each unit.
All vehicles must display a ‘Coquina Beach’ parking permit, obtainable from Royal Shell, designating unit and dates of stay. Any vehicle parked without a visible permit will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Large SUV's, Pick Up Trucks, Vans, RV's & Trailers are prohibited.
Oversized vehicles are strictly prohibited in the parking spots. An
oversized vehicle, defined as a vehicle greater than 225 inches in length, may not be parked at Coquina Beach.
 
Guest Parking: There is only a single guest parking space in each parking lot. This is for short duration parking and a vehicle
may only park up to 24 hours.

 

Storage lockers and beach equipment are not always provided nor required by the owner. If beach equipment is left at the property by previous guests there are no guarantee as to quality or quantity of items at any given time, due to salt water, wear and tear

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
