Vacation Rental Description
This fabulous Cape Cod-style home is a 5-minute walk to the West Gulf Drive private community access path that leads to a beautiful, uncrowded, shell-strewn beach. The comfortable, spacious home has plenty of room for family fun with its open interior living spaces, expansive screened porch, and large pool and spa area surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping.
An open, two-story living area has sliding glass doors and large windows that offer plenty of natural light with serene pool and backyard views. A 65-inch TV is perfect for sports and movies. Just off the living room is the dining area and convenient kitchen with plenty of comfortable seating that includes a kitchen bar. There are stainless steel appliances and abundant counter space to make cooking large family meals easy. On the other side of the kitchen area is the laundry room and large bonus game room that has two cozy dormer nook areas with two twin bunks, 55" Smart TV, Xbox, puzzles, and games for kids of all ages. There is also a convenient half bath that is accessible from the pool area.
The master bedroom with king bed is on the first floor and has a bay window overlooking the pool. There is a large walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, large shower, and separate his-and-hers sinks.
Also on the first floor is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom.
On the second floor are two guest bedrooms along an open corridor that overlooks the spacious living area below. One guest room has a twin bed with its twin trundle pull-out. The other guest room has a queen bed. The two rooms share a large full bathroom.
