Located within the Harbour View tower located next to the Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa, unit 1012 is a very nicely appointed and updated two bedrooms, two bathroom condo. No Phone Service, 911 service only. Due to damage incurred from Hurricane Ian, the pool will not be available for usage until September, 2023.

Located on the 10th floor, unit 1012 offers a king in the master along with a TV and full bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and TV. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, TV, DVD Player and sliding glass doors that lead out to the screened in porch offering exceptional views of Pine Island Sound and San Carlos Bay. This unit also offers free wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. This unit is a three-night minimum and can accommodate up to six people.

Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa is conveniently located right before the Sanibel Causeway in Fort Myers. The resort is located within a short ten-minute drive to Sanibel Beaches, area shops, local restaurants, grocery store, marinas, and golf. Sanibel Harbour Resort offers the following amenities on-site:

A heated, community pool and hot tub

Spa and Salon Services including facials, manicures/pedicures, massages and more.

Six on-site restaurants to choose from: Tarpon House- Services breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Courtside Steakhouse- Open for dinner.

Sanibel Harbour Princess Yacht- Open for breakfast and dinner.

Charley's Cabana Bar- Open for dinner.

Palm Court Bakery- Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The Cove- Open for lunch.

For an additional fee, guests can purchase a daily or weekly spa facility membership which gives access to the fitness facility, sauna, steam room, indoor pool, whirlpool, tennis courts, and daily fitness classes by calling the spa directly at 239-466-2156

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.

Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
