This Condo is a great place for a winter escape.
This is a 1st floor, 1011 sq. ft., 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms vacation rental and Included are a master bathroom with walk-in shower, guest bathroom with tub/shower combination, screened lanai overlooking a lake, free Wi-Fi, TV, DVD, washer/dryer, covered parking, elevator and community pool. Beds: K/Q. Sleeps 4.
3-month minimum rental NOTE: Lease Application is required by the Condo Association along with a background check to be ran on all adults occupying the rental for the term of the lease $30.00 background check fee per adult is included in your reservation total upon booking, along with the required $500 refundable security deposit. The lease application must submitted 60 days prior to arrival. Online reservations accepted only from the first of the month to the last day of the of the month. Call for help with special requests
