This condominium has it all; cozy coastal furnishings and updated kitchen and bathrooms and tranquil views of the lake. Bella Casa 380 has an open living space, dining, kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with a king-size bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has a full-sized captain’s bed with a twin trundle attached The living room has a pull-out Queen Sofa Sleeper.

Bella Casa is centrally located and minutes away from Hammonds Baseball Field, 10 min away from Jet Blue Park, close to shopping and dining, and 25 min away from area beaches and Islands. This condominium is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Amenities: Gated community, Free Wi-Fi, TV located in the main living space, cable TV, washer and dryer, dishwasher, driveway and guest parking, community pool, community clubhouse, tennis, and community exercise facility.

Bella Casa Condominium Association requires a 3-month min rental and a lease application to be submitted along with a background check screening of $75.00 per person, which must be submitted 60 days prior to arrival for rental approval. Bella Casa 380 rents from the 1st of the month till the last day of the month during peak season months December - April; off-season rentals can be any day of the month as long as it's a 3-month min.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
