Sleeps 4.
Unit Amenities include: 2 HDTVs(,TV in Living rom 48" TV in Queen Guest Bedroom ) updated kitchen, washer/dryer, 2-car garage and free Wi-fi and cable.
Avalon Preserve Community amenities include clubhouse, pool, grills, billiards room, spa, and fitness center. 2 Month minimum rental, and RENTS FROM THE 1ST OF THE MONTH TILL THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH DURING PEAK SEASON.
NOTE: The Avalon Preserve Condominium Association requires that a Lease Application is to be submitted 60 days prior to arrival. The Lease application requires that a criminal background check be ran on all adults occupying the rental for the term of the lease $25 per adult US, $35 per adult Canadian, $85 per adult overseas. Lease application fees are included in the reservation total upon booking.
