This Villa is beautifully decorated with all new furnishing throughout and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a private garage, the courtyard in the front of the Villa, and a screened-in lanai in the back of the Villa. Coral Isle has an open concept living area and dining area with a vaulted ceiling and access to the screened-in lanai and courtyard, the large newly renovated kitchen and offers a sit-up counter, coffee bar, and breakfast nook. The master bedroom offers a king bed, smart TV access to the lanai, and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and access to the courtyard and the guest bathroom just is outside of the guest bedroom. 2 month min rental.

Villa Amenities include: Free Wi-Fi, 2 Smart TVs for streaming access, basic cable, hairdryers, washer and dryer, beach equipment, and a Nespresso Gran Lattisima Coffee Machine.

Community Amenities Coral Isle has its own community pool and community room for residents. Parker Lakes also offers residents enjoyable resort facilities such as a sports park, pool, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis, boardwalk, fishing pier with gazebo, children's playground, racquetball and basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, and walking/biking paths. Excellent central location close to Health Park Hospital, Lakes Park Library, shopping, and dining and is 10 -15 minute drive to area beaches and Islands and 15-20 minutes to local sports stadiums.

****PLEASE NOTE that the Coral Isles Homeowners Association requires a Lease Application and Background Screening to be completed by all adults occupying the rental for the term of the lease.  Upon booking you will be emailed the Coral Isle Lease Application and background screening this must be returned to Royal Shell 30 days prior to arrival day. 3 month min during peak season months Jan - April ,  May - December 1 month min and can be rented 3x per year.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
