You will be only 9 houses from the beach and located in the heart of Captiva's Village when you stay in Tuscany! You will be a short walk to dining, shopping and galleries.
This luxurious, 3-story Mediterranean home is 3635 sq. ft. and with a main house as well as a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom guest house which is accessible by a covered portico. This vacation rental home has several large porches that are great for relaxing or watching activity in the pool below. The spacious kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and a five-burner gas stove. The formal dining room has seating for 8 but there are dining tables on the balconies as well.
There are a total of 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. The guest house is 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a bedroom on each level. The top level of the main house is dedicated to the master bedroom which can be accessed by a wide staircase or the elevator. There is a king bed and sitting area with a glass wall overlooking a balcony. The master ensuite has dual sinks, a walk-in shower and spa tub. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the lower level. There are 2 additional bedrooms on the main level.
The heated, private pool and spa feature an in-ground spa with spillover waterfall into the main pool and is located in a walled courtyard with views from the patio and balconies. It's a great place for the family to relax and enjoy vacation. The guest house has a barbeque and outdoor bar area on the second floor. The main house has a large game room with a ping pong table, air hockey and plenty of room for other activities opens directly onto the courtyard.
Amenities include a decorative fireplace, two car garage, wheelchair accessible elevator and bathrooms with walk-in showers, washer/dryer, free wi-fi and beach towels.
