Sunset Captiva 55 is a three bedroom, two bath private home located on the Beach Side of Captiva. Sunset Captiva is located in the Village of Captiva and is within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The master bedroom offers a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and the second guest bedroom offers two twin beds. Both of these rooms share a bathroom. The loft offers a twin trundle bed. Unit has three TV's. Unit also comes with beach towels.
The property offers access to the community pool, tennis, BBQ grills and boat dockage. This unit will accommodate up to 8 people.
Parking restricted to only two cars per home. Additional parking available at our Captiva Office.
