Expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico can be enjoyed from this 1440 sq. ft. elevated vacation rental home. Watch the Captiva wildlife while your family dines on the screened porch or four season lanai. This highly desirable gulf front 3 bedroom/3 bathroom, 2-story vacation rental also has a sun deck with fantastic views. It is accessible through sliding doors from both the upstairs master and guest bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite with double sinks, spa tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom upstairs has an en-suite with a walk-in shower. Amenities include: fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless appliances, 4 flat screen TVs, free wi-fi, washer/dryer and two of the bathrooms have walk-in showers. Beach towels are provided with this home.
Sunset Captiva is a nice development located in the heart of Captiva. You're close to shopping, dining and galleries. The complex offers a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, private boardwalk leading to the Gulf of Mexico and a boat dock located at its sister location, Sunrise Harbor.
Bedding: K/Q/Twin Trundle. Sleeps 6. Minimum 7 night stay. No smoking permitted.
Parking restricted to only two cars per home. Additional parking available at our Captiva Office.
Please NOTE: Boat Dockage are currently NOT available due to damages from Hurricane Ian.

Sunset Captiva tennis courts are not available at this time. In September 2024, they will begin a pool resurfacing project that is expected to take 8 weeks.
