IMPORTANT NOTES: On September 2022, our area was impacted by Hurricane Ian, a Category 4 storm. Many areas of our community have been and continue to be impacted by this historic storm. We are recovering, but our weather is great, our beaches are open, and we are dusting ourselves off. Due to damage caused by the storm, many attractions, restaurants, and amenities have been impacted. The good news is that the island is open, and the situation is improving every day. Whether vacationing or working here, we want our guests to be fully aware of the current limitations.  If you have any questions, please contact our office for more details.
  • Even though the outdoor areas and amenities look very different, the interior unit images are representative of the current state of the interior of the unit.
  • There will be workers, trailers in the parking lot, construction activity, and some noise, but there will not be any construction inside the unit.
  • Building elevators and fire alarms are out of order, but the unit has functioning smoke detectors. 
  • The pool is being serviced, but it is not heated at this timer. There are limited lounge chairs and seating on the pool deck. 
  • Other community amenities may be limited or unavailable during your visit.
  • A limited but increasing number of restaurants are open in Sanibel and Captiva. Some restaurants and shops may have limited hours.
  • Groceries are available at Island Store and Jerry's.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.

Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
