Funbar is a newer construction, five bedroom/five bathroom pool home located on Captiva Island and directly on the Gulf of Mexico.
Enjoy panoramic gulf views from the minute you walk through the door. The main living area offers hardwood floors, ample seating and a large flat panel TV (and DVD) along with sliding glass doors that lead out to a screened lanai offering outdoor seating. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen complete with an island, stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, Keurig coffeemaker and bar seating. Your family can enjoy either indoor dining or outdoor on the lanai or the pool level.
Funbar Hall has an extensive wing of the house devoted to the bedrooms. It has a separate living room with hardwood floors, flat panel TV and kitchenette complete with beverage cooler and dishwasher. The master suite offers a king bed, flat panel TV, plantation shutters, access to deck and en-suite bathroom with a separate tub/shower and dual sinks. The second guest bedroom offers a king bed, flat panel TV and views of the beach. Attached is a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and dual sinks. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, flat panel TV and access to a deck. The third bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom offers a king bed, flat panel TV and attached bathroom with dual sinks, separate tub, and walk-in shower.
The downstairs living area offers a queen sleeper sofa, flat panel TV, small kitchen with full-size refrigerator and microwave, a dining area as well as a full bathroom with walk-in shower and dual sinks. There is also a ping pong table for your family's enjoyment. The fifth bedroom is located on this level and offers two twin beds with a flat panel TV.
This beautifully-appointed home also offers an additional half bathroom, laundry room with utility sink and front loading washer/dryer, private pool with outdoor seating and gas BBQ grill, free wi-fi, bed/bath towels and beach towels. The garage area also has an additional refrigerator and ice machine.
