The outdoor space features a chef's outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, wet bar, refrigerator, and dining area. If the family tires of the pool, they can come inside and enjoy a tile-floored game room complete with ping pong, foosball, and TV.
This Robb and Stucky-decorated home has a living room with tall ceilings, a decorative fireplace, and leather furniture. The open kitchen and dining areas are great for enjoying family meals. The gourmet kitchen has an island with a prep sink, granite counters, a gas cooktop, a wall oven, a Keurig coffee maker (and a standard coffee maker), and more. The dining room comfortably seats 10 and has more seating at the breakfast bar. There is also a powder room nearby.
