This lovely elevated home's pool and spa area are beautifully landscaped and have a privacy fence and plenty of room for dining, relaxing, or playing a game of ping pong in the covered area. Outdoor decks include a sun deck off the master bedroom and gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from widow's peak on the roof!
Located on the desirable Andy Rosse Lane in Captiva Village, you'll be within walking distance of many restaurants and shops that define the Captiva lifestyle. You will find everything you need for the perfect vacation in this upscale Captiva Island vacation rental!
This house can accommodate up to 10 people and will allow weddings with a non-refundable event fee of $2,750 plus tax and a refundable security deposit of $1,000. For more information on events, please get in touch with our office.
