When you stay in SunSplashed on Captiva, you are just a 3 minute walk to the beach! Located in the heart of Captiva Village on Andy Rosse Lane, this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom, Mediterranean courtyard-style home puts you within walking distance of dining, coffee shops, galleries, a small store for essentials, and more. You are also close to a marina where you can book a cruise to the outer islands, rent a kayak or Jet Skis, and book a parasailing adventure.

SunSplashed's main level has a beautiful living room with hardwood floors, and high, coffered ceilings. The custom kitchen has granite, an island, and a gas stove. Enjoy family meals in the dining room with French door access to the balcony or have a quick bite to eat in the breakfast nook. Also on the main level is a king bedroom with en suite bathroom and tub/shower combination. An additional bedroom has 2 twin beds with a nearby bathroom with a walk-in shower. This luxury vacation rental home also has an elevator for your convenience. Other amenities include seven TVs, free Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer.  

You will find a private oasis in the master bedroom, which occupies the entire top floor of SunSplashed. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool. Or luxuriate in the en suite bathroom with tub, walk-in shower, 2 sinks, and make-up area.

Whether it is casual dining, cooking on the gas grill, enjoying libations  or playing ping pong, there is something for everyone on the lower level. A family room has a queen sleeper sofa and a kitchenette opens to the pool area. There is a king bedroom with bathroom and walk-in shower also conveniently located on this level.

Above the garage is a separate guest house with a king bedroom, an en suite bathroom with tub and shower combination, and a kitchenette complete with a dishwasher. It is connected to the main house by a beautiful two-level walkway.

Recreation at SunSplashed comes in all forms. Heading to the beach? Enjoy beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagons, Igloo coolers, and more. Back from the beach? There is an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off before you try your hand at pool basketball or relax in the spa. Want to explore Captiva Village?

Frequently Asked Questions

Something came up and I'd like to change the choice of home I rented for vacation; am I allowed?

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.

Do you offer handicap accessible vacations rentals?

No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.

Is smoking permitted?

No.

Do you have pet friendly properties?

Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.

Do all of the properties provide beach equipment?

While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.

Are linens provided with Royal Shell properties?

Yes.

Are the kitchens fully stocked with pots and pans ?

Yes.

What is provided in the Welcome Starter Kit?

• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer

Is parking free?

Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.

What are the check-in/check-out times?

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Are early check-in and late check-out requests available?

Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.

Where do we pick up keys?

Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
