Vacation Rental Description

This charming home is far enough off the beaten path while still being close to all of the conveniences of town and to Lake Glenville access. Once you make your way up the gravel driveway to the home you are greeted with plenty of flat parking to easily load and unload your vehicle with no stairs. There is a spacious front porch with plenty of seating, including rocking chairs, a large picnic table, and a gas grill for your enjoyment. The inside of this home is equally spacious with high ceilings and an open floor plan that includes a flat screen t.v., a wood-burning fireplace, and a cozy living room and kitchen. Just off of the living area is a comfortable bedroom equipped with barn doors for privacy from the living space. The bedroom has a king size bed and a large closet with plenty of storage. After a day out exploring the plateau come back and watch your favorite movie while a fire is roaring all from the comforts of your bed! The kitchen is well stocked for meal preparations and all of your cooking needs including top of the line stainless steel appliances. The well-appointed full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located off of a small hallway that leads into the garage. Inside the garage and up a flight of stairs there is access to an additional bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen t.v., and sitting area. This additional bedroom can be entered either through the home or directly from the outdoors by entering through the garage. A washer and dryer are also located inside the garage. Outside enjoy the flat expansive green space and fire pit with pleasant views of the countryside down below. Watch your troubles melt away with a well-deserved getaway at PAZ Place - you will be glad you did.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
