Vacation Rental Description

Hawks Nest sits atop a mountain and holds incredible views of mountain range and Lake Glenville. Follow the steps up to the deck to enter the home through the front door. Upon entering the front door you are greeted by a beautiful staircase and cozy living area. In the living room high cedar plank ceilings create a bright space. A larges sectional couch is provided in the living room for enjoying a fire in the fireplace or watching TV. The dining table seats 8 in the open kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliance, including a gas range. From the kitchen is an exterior door that accesses the parking area. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, located just off the living area, comprises a king bed, gas fireplace, TV and offers a lovely mountain view. On the second level of the home are two guest bedrooms as well as the guest bathroom. Hawks Nest is a wonderful home that is close to Lake Glenville activities. 

*This home is pet friendly. The owners have a cat, so please keep any allergies in mind when booking this home. 

* Landmark Vacation Rentals is following strict Covid-19 precautions to ensure that our employees and guests are staying well. We provide sheets, pillowcases, and a light blanket for each bed. Bathroom towels are also provided. These linens are professionally laundered. For guests' safety, the top-layer bedding (quilts, comforters, etc.) has been removed. Please bring additional blankets with you. Thank you for understanding and helping so that all of us can remain safe during these unprecedented times.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
