Welcome to Bear's Den: A New 3-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom Highlands Vacation Rental Just 4 Minutes from Downtown Main Street Enter through the covered garage into the main entrance on the lower level. Here, you'll find two guest bedrooms, each featuring beautiful mountain views, access to outdoor balconies, and queen beds. These rooms share a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sinks. Across the hall, the den and wet bar create a perfect space for entertaining, with access to the spacious downstairs bathroom. 

Outside the den, a beautifully decorated sunroom provides a relaxing spot to enjoy the mountain scenery. The lower level also boasts a large wraparound deck, ideal for taking in the views.

Upstairs, the main living quarters include a living room with vaulted ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows that capture stunning views. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar that seats four, overlooks the dining room. The dining area, which seats six, is tastefully decorated and offers its own mountain view, with access to the upper level's large wraparound deck. This deck features outdoor dining and seating, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Also on this level is the primary bedroom, conveniently located and equipped with a king bed, a seating area overlooking the mountains, a vanity for getting ready, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sinks.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
