Vacation Rental Description

Malone Home is located in High Hampton, exudes old Cashiers charm and is convenient to Cashiers. The paved, flat driveway leads to a covered carport with parking for 4-5 cars. The carport separates the guest house and the main house with a gas grill and seating area on one side. The guest house features a living room with a stone fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a stackable washer/dryer, a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a shower/tub. Enter the front door of the main home where you are greeted by opened floor plan with eccentric features and furniture. There are two seating areas, a piano and a large dining room table with seating for 8-10 people. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including an oven, a full range gas stove top, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave and a drip coffee maker. The laundry room is off the kitchen and has a stackable washer and dryer combo. The master bedroom is on the main level of the home and has a queen bed, a seating area with a TV, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo and dual sinks. The upstairs of the home has two bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a sink. The bedrooms also share a living space with a couch, two chairs with a TV, and a table with seating for four. This home also has a 240 volt outlet with a NEMA 1450 receptacle for electric car charging located in the home's garage. If the inside of the Malone Home does not impress you, the outdoor area and yard with the 180 degree views of the Cashiers valley will! There is a large grass yard with rock details and a firepit where you can spend your nights looking up at the stars.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.

Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
