Tastefully furnished third floor end unit residence overlooking tree top foliage in the popular condominium community of Pebble Creek in Pelican Bay. Ideally located near the main entrance of the community and boasts a convenient walking location to one of Pelican Bay's beach shuttle stations! Neutral style decor with light and Earth tone color accents throughout. Tiled flooring throughout with area rugs. Sofa, loveseat and chair in the living room. The wood dining room table seats four plus there are two bar stools at the breakfast bar. Also provided is a workspace in the guest bedroom that offers a multi-task printer/fax/scanner/copier plus a high speed cable modem (with wireless router) for internet access. Free long distance calling to the U.S. and Western Europe is provided (though calls to Western Europe are to landlines only). DVR service is also available for an extra fee. Furnished with every creature comfort to make a tenant's stay more convenient and enjoyable. Amenities include an island heated pool and spa, exercise room, social club room, elevator and gated entry.
