Trieste in Vasari, a beautiful golf course community, with an excellent North Naples location! This property overlooks the golf course, with sweeping views and western exposure from a well-furnished lanai. A short stroll across the driveway to the community pool. This property was once the model, on the first floor, plush furnishings and gorgeous custom fabrics, 4 TV's, lend to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The master suite features a king size bed, access to the patio, and a spacious bath with shower. The guest bedroom with a split plan offers twin size beds, and private bath with tub/shower combination. A den that closes off, and has a pull-out sofa sleeper, and desk space plus a TV makes for a nice additional space for the occasional guest. Amenities at Vasari includes the 18 hole, par 72 championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis, 40 acre practice aqua range, short game range and putting green. Use of the clubhouse, 6 har-tru lighted tennis courts, fitness center and community pool. Club transfer fee is $530.00. - $75.00 per person per round of golf. **If lease application is received within 21 days prior to occupancy, golf transfer fee is then increased to $530 + $106 late fee or $636.00 total. Property cannot be leased without the golf membership.
