Light, bright, cool and relaxing, this is the perfect vacation condo for your Sanibel Island stay. Unit features King bed, with pocket doors that close off sleeping space for privacy. This condo has a full size kitchen, free wi-fi, and many upscale features. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of this building. On 2/5/2021, owner supplied 2 beach chairs, playmate cooler, beach umbrella and sand corkscrew umbrella holder. (Due to salt water, etc., no guarantee of quantity or quality at time of reservation.) Come and enjoy beautiful Sanibel Island and beautiful Sundial G405!
The Sundial West Complex offers a pool, gas BBQ grills, elevators, beach access, and on-site restaurants. Parking is very limited. Only one car per unit. Any exceptions will need written approval from the Association Board. Written permission is required for the “keeping” of multiple vehicles, including golf carts, by a single Unit. Sundial of Sanibel prohibits the parking of boat trailers, trailers, campers, travel trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, and the like on the property.
The association has installed electronic locks to the Sundial West swimming pool gates (4). Pool gates will lock at 9 PM and will unlock at 8 AM. Swimming is not permitted during closed hours.
