Southern Comfort is a large 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom house located in the picturesque gated community of Misty Mountain, 3.3 miles from Cashiers and 3/10 mile from the Sapphire Valley Resort.
The very spacious entry level comprises of an open plan kitchen with island, dining room that seats 6 as well as the living room that has a wood burning fireplace as well as satellite TV. French doors open to a covered deck area with a sitting area with a gas fireplace and a dining table.
The King master bedroom is also on the entry level and this very large bedroom has a private attached bathroom that has a jetted tub as well as a walk in shower. Off the bedroom is a large walk in closet as well as a private office. There is a flat panel TV in the bedroom with satellite TV.
Upstairs to the two guest bedrooms - there is a King bedroom that has it's own private bathroom as well as a flat screen TV with satellite TV service. There is also a trundle bed in this room. There is also a Queen bedroom which has an attached private bathroom. Both bedrooms are "connected" via a balcony overlooking the lower level kitchen, living room and dining area.

When renting Southern Comfort you will be afforded the opportunity to make use of the amenities at the Sapphire Valley Resort which include an indoor heated pool as well as outdoor pools, exercise facility, games arcade for kids, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis courts and many more activities by purchasing guest passes at $2/day per person over 14 years old as well as access to the community pavillion at Misty Mountain which has a small kitchen, M/F bathrooms as well as a large wood burning fireplace and 4 gas grills.
